Coach Wiseman is revered in the Junior Argonauts community for building the program into a community powerhouse. Coach Wiseman took over Junior Argonauts in 2008 when the program had 15 girls, and in a matter of years built Junior Argonauts to over 50 girls. Coach Wiseman was inducted into the Argo Distinguished Alumni Hall of Fame in 2019.
Coach Heard is a former Junior Argonaut who had a decorated playing career at Argo High School. She won four conference championships in four years. She was an All-Conference player for four years, an All-Area player for three years, and an All-State player her last two years. Coach Heard's conference record during her four years was 50-2. Coach Heard continued her playing career at University of Milwaukee-Wisconsin and Morton Community College.
